When you contact us or request a booking, you may provide your name, phone number, pickup and drop locations, travel date and time, passenger details, vehicle preference, flight information and other journey notes.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, coordinate vehicles and drivers, manage bookings, communicate trip updates and meet reasonable legal or safety requirements.
Booking system and WhatsApp
When you submit a website form, the enquiry details are sent to our booking system so approved Jangid Taxi Service staff can manage the request. The form also opens WhatsApp with the details you entered for direct confirmation; your WhatsApp message is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. You may also contact us by telephone or email.
Information sharing
Booking information may be shared with approved staff, the assigned driver or a transport partner only as needed to deliver the requested service. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep booking and communication details only as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, accounting and legal obligations. Access to the booking dashboard is limited to approved staff accounts. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable care with information in our possession.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer required, subject to any record-keeping obligations. You can also choose to provide booking details by phone rather than the website form.
