Airport transfer
Jaipur airport pickup: what to share before you fly
A smooth airport pickup comes down to a few details shared in advance. Here is a simple checklist for arrivals and departures at Jaipur International Airport.

For arrivals: the five details that matter
- Flight number and date. This lets us follow your actual landing time instead of guessing.
- Terminal. Jaipur International Airport has more than one terminal, so confirm which one is on your ticket.
- Passengers and luggage. Count large suitcases separately from cabin bags. This decides whether a sedan is enough or you need an SUV.
- Drop address. A full hotel name or address with a landmark avoids delays at the end of a long journey.
- A WhatsApp number that works on arrival. We share pickup details on WhatsApp, so use a number you can access as soon as you land.
Choosing the right vehicle
As a rough guide, a Dzire or Etios sedan suits up to four passengers with standard luggage. Families with several large suitcases are more comfortable in an Ertiga, Innova or Innova Crysta. Groups can use a tempo traveller. If you are unsure, tell us your bag count and we will recommend the right cab.
For departures: plan your pickup time
The airport is in Sanganer, roughly 10 to 13 km from the Pink City and C-Scheme. The drive usually takes 25 to 45 minutes, but evenings, festivals and wedding season can add more. For domestic flights we suggest arriving about 2 hours before departure, and earlier for international flights. Work backwards from that and add a buffer for traffic.
Tip: Early-morning flights are popular. Book the night before at the latest so a driver is assigned in time.
Going straight to another city?
Many visitors land in Jaipur and head straight to Ajmer, Pushkar, Ranthambore or Agra. A direct airport transfer saves a hotel night or a separate trip back into the city.
